The only thing was some of my setting were changed in the interior like a dome light was turned off and the seat was adjusted quite a bit. Other than that will the chemical smell inside the car dissipate after a while?

The Enterprise guy for the loaner was not forthcoming with his offers of "extra coverage" and sign on the dotted line for refusing to be charged for the extra coverage. This made LaMettry's look unscrupulous. Also, do I get back my $50 deposit back that was taken with my credit card, open ended? Key Collision has a better deal where they just give a simple used car to drive as a loaner and there is no charge and no hassle. Not glamorous but no hassles.

Good work, customer service was great. Calling in to get an update however is painful. I called in twice and both times required 2 transfers and talking to at least 3 people. Put the phone number you want us to call online, on our receipt or anywhere else so we don't have to jump through hoops and spend 10 min to get to someone that can help with a simple update. I'll be back as I'm satisfied and look forward to a better phone experience.

They forgot to put the license plate and bracket on the front bumper.
I was hoping to also have the passenger side door repaired at the same time but nobody ever got back to me with an estimate.
