Overall a good experience and I would recommend you to friends and family. Only thing that I was disappointed in was the parts. You knew that I was coming yet the parts were not ordered until I dropped my Jeep off.

When i recieved my car it was dusty inside, it was not cleaned. It took nearly 3 weeks to repair my car and i had to wait another 2 prior to get my car in from the day i got the estimate.

I left the shop and my car was making banging sounds underneath. Had to return the car. Huge inconvenience! Lemttrey should have driven my car to know it wasn't fully fixed. And they left the wheels filthy.. not cleaned!

I live in Pine City, MN, about 70 miles away, and 3 times I made arrangements to leave work and come down; then the arrangements had to be remade for a later day - just tell someone to come when the car is actually done.

Maybe you could start tracking completion times and get better at estimating when cars will be done? Too many changes from initial and I think ****.5 weeks later from original date. But my cars looks beautiful so I'm good!

Excellent service and communication. Josh kept me on the loop about everything that was happening with my car and even showed me pictures of the repair at the time of delivery . Would definitely recommend you guys . Thanks for taking care of my car.
