A front bumper was put on our jeep. The new one they put on was scratched so now we need to go through the hassle of bringing it back, etc.. the customer service was nice.

****. I was told it would take 4-6 days but it took almost a month costing me additional car rental cost 2. Poor communication regarding updates. I received text updates after I initiated contacts. I have dealt with other body shops where I received unsolicited photo updates and description of progress. 3. I was promised a discount as I was covering the cost of repairs myself but I got nothing at the end. 4. Airbag light remains on after repairs. I was told it's unrelated to accident but was part of my initial estimate. 5. There are portions on the car that still bear foreign paint but your agent tells me this part of my car was not included in the initial quote. 6. My car was returned to me with a dead battery. When I asked for a jumpstart, your agent told me to step on my brakes first essentially telling me I am incapable of starting a car I've owned for 10 years. He later did try the car himself before jumpstarting it. Overall, I am very disappointed particularly because I selected your company on account of past experience.

I honestly was completely shocked how professional this repair was handled from the second I dropped off the car to the moment I picked up the car. I was always kept up to date on the progress of the repair. I've used Lamettry's before and will always use them and recommend them in the future.

The delays in getting my van completed because of not having "Blackout Tape" and another part was ridiculous !! The delays from the "door" issue I understand...but not the others.
