My car looks wonderful. I wish there had been some communication between when I dropped it off and when it was ready. I was told that the parts would be ordered and at LaMattrey's by the time I dropped off my car. This did not happen, so the very minor damage that needed to be fixed meant that I was without my car for over a week and had to pay car rental fees for longer than should have been expected. I was not notified that there would be a delay due to a part that needed to be ordered. I only learned that after a week when I began calling and asking for information. I believe that someone at LaMettrey's should have contacted me and informed me of the delay.

From start to finish Lamettry's welcomed all of my questions and took great care to make the entire process as easy as possible. Latmettry's provided a lot of communication throughout the repair process and offered different options for my final pick-up date. My car was in immaculate condition when it was finished.
