It required 3 weeks to get this job done, despite numerous phone calls. There was no real sense of urgency or even attempt of customer service.

The repairs look great. I also love that my car was washed and had its interior cleaned as well. Didn't expect that!

Everyone was very nice and professional to work with, and the quality was impeccable. My car was in much better shape, inside and out, compared to before the accident. I was very impressed with the care and service!

I was in rush when I picked up my vehicle today and didn't look at the work. There are buffing marks and two small scratches that weren't in the side before. I come in to meet with manager tommorw.

Extremely dissatisfied! The work preformed was not as on the estimate and no one mentioned that to us until we came to pick up our vehicle. We were told our car looked good for being a four year old car! I think the reason shortcuts were taken is because "it's a four year old vehicle"! Poor workmanship (missed an area that was being painted). Communication poor. One worker said we would need an insurance appraiser and another said that you were a Liberty Mutual appraisal representative. Called for our contact person to check on the status of our repair and after being on hold for several minutes we were informed he was out of the office and when we came to get our vehicle we could clearly see the "in/out" board - all she had to do was look over her shoulder. I will NEVER recommend you place of business to anyone wanting a quality repair!
