Please first imagine my unsettling discovery to arrive at LaMettrey's to find the lot in it's near entirety like an auto graveyard. This to the point where I did not know where to even pull my car up in a place where I felt comfortable leaving it. This, just for openers and since it stands, a first impression that did culminate in a very disappointing exit, if not complete sense of wariness as I picked up my car. Let me say, this was last Friday afternoon (8/26)and I was then gone for the weekend. It is now Monday (8/29)and the first time I have actually driven or had time to really look the car over other than noting as I left LaMettrey's that the rubber sealer on the inside of one of the doors was not well attached. I would have addressed this alone at the time but for the fact that there was no one available (as I was told there would be)and the girl at the front desk seemed relatively unconcerned and dismissive about it. At that point I determined that I just needed to move on and wait until I had my car at home and with the time to go over things. So, I have just returned from a short trip to the cleaners and post office and found that one of my power windows has a click in it and the other does not open at all - both on the side of the damage. Additionally, there is some damage to the molding on the lower part of the car. Exceedingly upsetting for someone who has taken such pristine care of their car; albeit not a recent model, but a solid vehicle and attended to it at every level of need, be it regular maintenance, preventive care and/or concern as to maintaining it inside and out. In my recollection and by reputation LaMettrey's has always been the standard but I must say from beginning to end I had this terrible sense of wariness. And, that is the shocker. I am now once again going to be out of town for the weekend and will be leaving this week with no time to bring my car back in to review these concerns. And, so it will be, that I will have to now wait until next week. I am a long time client and faithful of Carousel Audi and understand that Chris is the official representative of Carousel. I will be contacting him before I leave to help us navigate our way through this and will get in touch with LaMettrey once I return from out of town. In closing, please know I am not a person who would ever be defined as a complainer only that the expectation here was never realized in the front or back of the house. Jacque O

There was one piece of molding left on the passenger seat and some tape residue in the rear window. Didn't seek to have gone there a "manager" walk around as these things surely would have been found. Luckily one of the shop employees was outside and took care of them for me. Also no manager readily available for a walk around when I picked up car at 5:30.

The work on the vehicle looks great. My issue was in the estimated time for repairs and the actual time it took. Estimate was four days, actual was six days and a seventh including a Sunday. If it was going to be seven, tell me that upfront and I can plan for. Delivering early is always good, delivery late is always bad. Thanks for asking.

$7900 is a ridiculously high price for a lift gate, and I was told less than 2 weeks so 3 weeks to wait was infuriating.

Could be a bit better about updating status via text. I had to call to find out the car needed to stay a few additional days. Very easy rental car transition at your location, my car very clean upon pickup, and managers and front desk personnel pleasant to work with. Repair looks great too!

Looks like zero effort went in to making my car look presentable when I picked it up today. I don't understand why you would take a freshly painted car and run it through a cheap gas station car wash. From overspray on the windows to fresh swirls in the paint, over all not to pleased.
