Quick turnaround, bumper looks like new.

Car looked great and was completed in a timely manner. However, communication from the individual i was working with was non existent. He left for a week after checking my car in with no followup expectation and missed a large scratch across the windshield which I pointed out during the walk through. Overall work that was completed was awesome but customer service and attention to detail lacked.

This is the second time I've used Lamettry's for repairs and you do the best work! My car looks like new and the service was great! I will definitely come back for any repairs in the future.

I picked up my car just before closing time, raced to pick up my kids before daycare closed, didn't have time to stop and get gas. Long story short, my kids seat belt on one side was encased in the plastic and could not be accessed. The other kids seat belt was dangling bolt not attached at the base. Sub zero weather and no tools nothing I can do. I couldn't drive with one of them in the front seat, being 4 and 6 years old, so we had to call for a ride. Waited in the cold car for 30 mins, didn't want to run out of gas so I could only have the car running for maybe 5 mins. I waited for my car to be fixed for a month. I know it is busy so I expected such, but this was very inconvenient and not how I wanted to spend my Friday night after such a long wait. The rest of the work looks great and the communication and service was great, but this detail was a matter of safety. My daughter buckled herself in only to realize the bolt at the bottom wasn't attached to anything when I made her scoot her seat over to make room for her brother in the center row. I'm glad we weren't driving all over town before this was discovered!

The only issue I had was that I was allowed to schedule service and drop off my vehicle before insurance authorization was received, which took an additional week to obtain. This resulted in an extended car rental time, and there was significant discussion before it was agreed that Lamettry's should cover this charge. Once we got past that, the experience was EXCELLENT. And P.S. to Enterprise Rental---it's bad form to provide a car with zero gas and zero windshield solution.!!!!

You used a squeegee on my black car and scratched the new clear coat. Brought it in and it was buffed out. This happened on the last repair ( same car ) we just figured out this time the wash crew was using squeegee to dry. The follow up to remove the squeegee scratches was good

My only issue was picking up my car. It was washed then sat outside overnight in sub zero temperatures. You may want to warm up the car or put it inside overnight. Prettiest I am very satisfied! Thanks!

The manager, Sean Nieman, was very responsive to my inquiries about Tesla parts availability and my questions about scheduling. The staff were willing to spend the time to send updates and answer questions. The car was repaired to original manufacturer specs.
