Paint color is wrong

The staff was excellent from beginning to end! It is difficult enough having to be in an accident, then to be without a car. But the staff was so friendly and accommodating. My insurance, come to find out, did not offer me a car rental. The staff provided me a way home. While ubering my way around for weeks, Jeremy worked with my schedule and I was able to arrive on time to pick up my car. The car looked absolutely beautiful, couldn't tell there was any damage had. I can't thank the team enough for such a wonderful outcome and experience. Will highly recommend to friends, family, & colleagues!

My only criticism is that the parts department ordered the wrong tire but ended up rectifying it quickly.

We noticed the car is now pulling badly to the right and we're not sure why, as you worked on the rear end. Will bring it back on tomorrow.

I had requested to check the alignment of my car as I was feeling that there has been alignment issues since my car accident for which I gave my car for repairs at lammetrys. Although after talking to the manager about this, I have been promised that I can bring my car again to get the alignment work done

JAMES, Extremely disappointed with the paint work blemishes in the paint a deep door nick poor blending with rear bumper scratches and a blotch on the deck lid door trim not fastened properly including a dent in chrome molding on same piece on a scale of **** to 10 10 being the best I rate a 4 how could you not inspect this work and see the flaws that I picked out immediately you could not have inspected this is my only conclusion that is why I have declined accepting delivery of my car why would you think a customer would accept this? I will give you the benefit of the doubt to repair my car in a professional manner given your reputation and go with that my car was not inspected prior to telling me that my is ready for pickup and go with someone just dropped the ****. I told you that I was in NO hurry and to take the time you need to make it perfect I will be in at 9:30 Tuesday morning to show you all the problems related in this review
