I was completely satisfied and think mosh highly of Quality Body and Fender. I recommend you to many people because of the quality and guarantee of you work plus how nice everyone is. However, when I picked up the car, I saw that a reflector light on the back bumper was not aligned right and pointed that out.The car was tsaken back in for a few minutes to fix it but when the person who took it in came out he told me something extra would have to be done and they would call my insurance to see if they would cover it and then call me. That was a few weeks agoand I have not heard from you. Steve Chester

He seemed really experienced as a mechanic and explained the damages to my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. Good morning. Overall, I am very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle. The car looks great and the work was done well.
My only issue is that there is now a wiring issue with my left rear tail light and turn indicator. It doesn't work, and I only noticed it on Friday when it was too late to bring the car back in to fix. I will be contacting the shop this morning to arrange a follow-up.

You said the car would be done in 3 days and it took 7-****/2 days inconveniencing me terribly. You had my email and my phone number and did not contact me about the delay. I only found out that the paint job had to be done when I called you.
It's inconceivable that you didn't call or email to explain delay.
