There was some imperfections in the paint job I had to come back to have my truck done too, but overall the job was pretty good the people were nice and they are willing to redo the job

I wasn't provided with updates as timing changed, which was very frustrating given that the completion date for my car changed 4 times. When I came to pick up my car I was told that it took so long because my parts were installed on another car by mistake, and there were two rusted scratches still on my car that should have been repaired.

the only issue was two fold the orginal estimate ended up being half of what the second estimate was and when I was told the vehicle would be ready was moved up on the calendar on 3 different ocassions causing me outrageous rental car expenses. The quality of the work was outstanding and people were courteous but the delays were egregious

During my intake, I asked for the mechanic to check out the alignment and the brakes after an accident that I had incurred. The intake person said yes. However, when I was picking up my car, the mechanic who was walking me through the changes said they had only done the bodywork and that they never do alignment or brakes and that it would not have been some thing they would have even considered. I would have really appreciated to know this prior to agreeing for you to do the work. now, I am not satisfied with the work and Im not sure whether the alignment is OK after the accident.

I really appreciated having one person I could contact rather than talking with many people who may not have known what was happening with my car. Yan was very responsive and I felt like I could trust what he was saying. The team took care of details like saving my parking sticker and worked with Honda without me having to intervene. I appreciated the close attention to detail and making sure there was no additional "hassle" on my part.
