The work we discussed at the time of the estimate was not the work that was actually completed through my insurance company. This difference had a lot to do with communication with the adjuster, which left a lot to be desired. I am enjoying the work that WAS done and will continue to prefer Quality Body and Fender if I need body work.

The staff was friendly and professional. They communicated regularly about the status of the repair and the job was completed a day early. My car looked great and there was no sign of any damage that had happened.
