Repairs not completed as estimator verbalised. No supervisors responded to concerns or bothered to even leave a message. Unable to reach anyone via phone as always goes to voicemail. Car has clear coat on it. Estimator stated quite clearly clear coat would be added. NOT! Rep tried to have me pay in full prior to any work being done at all. First time for that interesting tactic. I had put a down payment of 1300+ out of 1900+.

The repairs were delay again & again. We left our SUV in the shop for weeks and nothing was done. I went to the shop several times after the parts confirmed arrived. Still did not started any work. We had to pay for a rental car out of pocket for a few weeks which caused us over $500. Dayton keep telling us no guarantee when our suv will be able to finish the repairs. We asked to discuss with the shop repair manage, a few minutes later, the manger came meet us with very bad attitude and same answer that not sure when can finish but will let us know. We didn’t appreciate the poor communication & rude attitude from the shop staff. The only time office staff was nice is when we finally picked up our car after 7 weeks in the shop, office staff suggested us to give 10 rating and that was not acceptable. We are very disappointed and had bad experience dealing with Unibody shop for our car repair.
