These guys were great start to finish, the whole team. Tammy kept me up to date even when the news wasn't necessarily good. When I called, Josh was helpful and found the answers I wanted promptly & proficiently. Shane estimated the repairs and even saved me a trip back to the shop by calling Budget Rental and having them pick it up for me. I apologize but I can't recall if the owner's name was Doug or Dave, but whatever it was, he personally took me to a new car rental location when I wasn't satisfied with the first one. Everyone was patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. It's nice to see a team function and perform as well as these guys did. Even Shane! Thanks a lot guys! I'll be posting a Google 5 Star Review as well! Could not be more satisfied.
