I was extremely satisfied with the end results of the services with Richies Body Shop. My Ford Focus looked brand new. They even cleaned up some knicks from road tar. I had a few questions after inspecting my car and the tech came back and looked over it. No problem. They were great. I’ll always refer my family and friends to Richies.

The headlight that was not returnable that I had to pay you for was broken and the old headlight your "mechanics" kicked out instead of unbolting and removing. Which caused more damage than there was when I dropped it off. Not to mention the plastic piece on my engine that is loose (wasn't when I dropped off) so now it just rattles.

Only issue is seat belt back driver side locked up due to glass inside it. Can not unfasten it now.
