Great service. Very friendly and my car looks new.

This body shop didn’t fix my car damage that they was supposed to. We received the car later then the date it was supposed to be done and not only did they not fix it they damaged other parts of my car. They wrote down a lot of extra things that they was supposedly going to fix and didn’t even touch so they could pocket extra money. They refuse to even fix what they broke so now my car is even worse then when I took it in to get fixed, absolutely unacceptable. The only thing they want to do is comment insurance fraud and completely treat the customer like trash.

A little trash in the paint but otherwise looked great

I was absolutely dissatisfied with Mike the estimate guy. I was referred to Richie’s by another mechanic that had a great relationship with the shop. Me and that mechanic came to the shop and we spoke with Mike. He looked under the hood and confirmed that my car had apparently been wrecked before and wasn’t welded back properly. Well, I asked him what would cost to fix the problem. Which he quoted around $500 dollars unless parts had to be ordered, which would be $30 or so. He gave me date to come and 5/5/21. Which was 2wks out from the present time. Brought my car around 9:30ish on the given date. No one started on my car until several days later because they says there was no one there one of those days. ??????????? Finally, Heather who btw was very pleasant and apologetic. She said my car was ready, so we are headed there to pick it up and get a call back and Heather says that’s (the guy) I think it was Mike, I’m not sure who drove it around the building, but they still heard a rattle in my car. Which I’m frustrated at this point because my car has been there a while and you never did what I initially brought my car over for. THAT was too weld back in place the frame on the right passenger side. SO NOW MIKE wants to send it over to the mechanic Charlie to see what is what’s going on. BUT NEVER TOLD Charlie about the welding that was suppose to take place????. So NOW I’m quoted This HUGE Bill!! So NOW AGAIN I’m having to leave my car to be fixed for what THEY THOUGHT! Not what the mechanic that referred me and I had initially spoke to Mike about. Fast forward because it really is too much.... I came to pick up my car and guess what ?... No welding????... so I asked Charlie why it wasn’t welded, and to Charlie’s credit, He was NEVER told by Mike. So we call Mike over abs question why it wasn’t done, and of course he back paddled and tried to softened the blow by saying “ you should be fine because everything that was going bad was replaced you shouldn’t have any problems????. Ok so I take his word, I leave and as I’m traveling home I hate that rattle as I’m going over bumps again. My heart sank, because I just paid these guys $1100ish and my car is STILL in the SAME shape. I’m livid!!! My husband calls next day and brings it back up to Charlie, they both rode around and Charlie admits to hearing the rattle. So that was a THURSDAY. He says to my husband and I because I spoke with him as well. He says to bring it back FRIDAY and I’ll weld it. He said for no charge, because I asked. My husband took the car up there FRIDAY morning and Charlie reniggs on his word saying that his manger says he couldn’t do it because they could be held liable ???? LIABLE??? Btw... he didn’t call and save my husband a drive there, you tell him this once he’s there???? You have literally solved NOT ONE ISSUE with my car. Charlie tells my husband to call Monday and talk with MIKE to get an estimate to fix my car because he was on vacation. Why in the hell would I give Richie’s body shop more money??? To do WHAT??? I am absolutely LIVID AND HIGHLY PISSED !! We spent entirely too much money to STILL have the same issue. The only way they wanted to rectify it was to bring it back for another estimate to fix what never was given attention to. BUT that’s Not only The insult to injury, The mechanic that referred me called Mike and spoke with him about the first initial visit when he quoted us the price and what needed to be done and why he didn’t fall thru with his word and he said he NEVER SAID IT!!! WOW!!! That’s when I knew we were dealing with dishonest people. I WILL NEVER do this again nor recommend anyone . Even if there was a break down in communication, which there was with the mechanic (Charlie) and Mike at least be honest and admit it. Don’t keep carrying out the lie and hurt your customers in the end.

I am a relative and have known Richie even before he married my cousin. His work has always been superior.

Awesome service from the first call to completion. I had a trip planned and needed the vehicle back for the trip with superior workmanship completed. They far and exceeded their promises on the front end. So, I got the vehicle back in plenty of time to make my trip. I'd recommend Richie's Body Shop for your vehicle's repair.
