One thing was missed repair. It was my radio speaker that sustain a hole and a crack on the driver side dashboard. I talked to the guy up front who gave the estimate. And he said it was missed in the repairs and would order it and call me when it came in. Thank you. Debra P

They were unaware that They didn’t even have my vehicle at their shop for about 5 days. We thought it was there and the lady answering the phone told me it was there, just hadn’t been estimated yet but my car was still at the tow yard racking up hella storage fees. Just frustrating when you need to get things moving so I could find another car or rental so I could have transportation sooner.
