The work was excellent. I do think the text messages caused some confusion. Also, I had asked if a small scratch could be buffed out and was told that it was put on the original paperwork, but the scratch is still there.

They worked well with me and the person who hit my car. I had never been in a situation where the person responsible for the accident wanted to pay out of pocket. Your people explained the procedures well and assured me I would be taken care of. Only one small concern. I have a scratch on my headlamp but I think it can be removed? I heard WD-40 would do it? Thanks!

I am very pleased with the work done on my truck at Richie's. I drop my vehicle off on Tuesday and Mike Mckinnish told me it would be Friday when I can pick my truck up. They had it ready by Thursday in showroom condition. Very pleased! Thanks guys! Nick
