Although my vehicle was considered a total loss, the shop waited until I was able to get down there and gather my things before sending it off. They had called me to make sure I had everything and the few things I forgot to get, the held onto until I was able to stop by and pick it up. :)

Very fast service! Had one issue after picking up my car but when I came back and asked about it they got me in and out that day and everything was perfect. Super friendly staff and great work. Will definitely use Richie’s again anytime I have a need for body work!

I say no because there was an issue with me being told my car would be ready by a certain day and then 2 or 3 times it was changed. However, the woman that I spoke with several times about this was very nice, I believe her name was Ms. Cooper. Otherwise the work done was very good. Thank you.
