Both of our cars were handed over to us without a final check to be sure everything was working properly. Our Mazda was given to us with the turn signal and brake light not responding. The Hyundai was given to us with the lights on the dashboard permanently lit incorrectly. We were told to go the Hyundai dealership to fix -- refused to take responsibility. Phoned Monique to get help and was told they refused to take responsibility. It was just coincidence. Sad to see your company chooses to treat people this way. Would never return -- and our Hyundai still needs to be repaired.
