I feel you miss handled our claim. We brought a car in for $6 to 10K worth of damages for rock chips. The original estimate was $20,000 and then you increased it to over $40,000 and tore the car apart without a phone call. You totaled a car that was in excellent shape. I cannot believe you are still in business the way you treat customers.

I am satisfied with the work done, the friendliness of your employers. They keep on top of things.

And they cleaned the interior of my car the best it has seen in a long time!

The back button on my gate doesn't work

I purchased a new Ford pickup so that I would have no problems. It was unfortunate that The truck was keyed by vandals, however I was told by my Brother that these people were the best. I looked at his 2008 truck he had repaired last year by Bonney lake collision and it looked GREAT! I scheduled my new 2023 truck for repair and am not satisfied with end result. Paint match is not perfect, they painted fender to cover whole side (fender was not scratched originally) to try to disguise mismatch, texture is different than factory, Bug deflector melted from baking process, I asked gentleman if paint could be fixed when I picked it up, he told me no. I drove truck home and parked it under canopy and have not driven it since. If it cannot be fixed I do not want truck any more and will have to take a loss and trade it in for another truck. Truck has less than 5000 miles and was only driven to Nevada twice. I went to Fugate Ford in Enumclaw and spoke to Shane who has a 4 year old Mustang the same color that had a damaged fender and he took it to a shop who replaced and painted just a fender and the paint matched perfect. This tells me that the color and texture should be correct on my new truck, since it is new enough that it should not have faded.

Quality of work was excellent, the time was less than expected.

Work was done when it was said to be done.
