I did appreciate the Service King experience. However the 7 AM Saturday Morning text message asking me to take a satisfaction survey was not appreciated. Saturday is the only day working class people get to sleep in and your text beep ended it.

No updates on the car repair, only one at the beginning and at the end. Car sat there too long for repair. I was told to bring on Thursday but it wasn't worked on until the beginning of the week. I was called at 5:58pm that it was ready. Repair shop closes at 6:00.

Suzanne went way above and beyond to help us get our car back and not incur personal charges for the rental vehicle. We were at a funeral on Saturday and unable to pickup our car during regular business hours. She met us Sunday morning at 7:30AM, and we were able to drop off the rental car, picked up our repaired vehicle, and made it to church on time!! All done with a smile and positive attitude! That is unprecedented service! ! She deserves recognition for this special service to your customers! She is definitely an asset to your company.
