Thank you for being so thorough in your work. We appreciate that you made sure everything was done right. I liked the fact that you took the vehicle to the dealership for a thorough checkout following repairs, and that your manager personally drove it to make sure everything worked as advertised. I am in New Mexico so I haven't actually seen it, but Beth gives a good report.

Everyone was polite , personable and professional. Car was done and completed when they originally said it would be ! Car was washed and vacuumed prior to delivery and they shuttled me to boot. These guys here rock , especially Cory and the young man at the front desk .

I was very impressed with the quality of customer service, I was updated every step of the way. I expressed my concern about the front axel of my car and I was assured they would look into it. They did it within the time frame they had promised. When i got the car it was clean from the inside and outside. the car looked brand new like I had just bought it. the work on the body of the car was flawless. I will take my cars to Mikes Autoboyd shop in vallejo California from now on.

Everything was efficiently done, all staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Cory in Vallejo was especially generous with his updates so that I always knew the status of repair and timeline for return.
I will change body shops to Mike's next time I need work done.
