Collision Works - Broken Arrow

We had a wonderful experience. Our car was ready in a timely manner, well done, and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The staff were very professional and helpful.

Chris did a exceptional job!!!!! I bragged to everyone in my office today of what a great job you guys did.....My Truck looks awesome.

Was very impressed with communications and customer service. As well as the wonderful job they did with fixing my car!!

There are scrapes and scuff marks on the new bumper.

Collisions Works did super well with the repair of my vehicle. A 2015 GMC Terrain. I got text updates that I signed up for that was super awesome to know the progress of my car as they worked on it as well as a estimated date. They had my car ready 2 days in advance than what they predicted. That was super awesome. I missed not being able to drive my car while they fixed it, but getting a car rental with them via Enterprise was a smooth process as well as returning it. They polished my car too, & cleaned inside/vacuum. My car looked brand new as the day I got it! 10/10 would recommend Collision Works. & Will always be my #**** place to go to if I have any car repair needs in the future. (:

Fast, seamless repair. I liked that enterprise was in the building and even had a truck for me to use while in the shop.

They did a great job, they kept me updated with text messages, and they people were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again if the need arises!

I wasn’t completely satisfied because the keyless entry antenna in my driver door was left disconnected so I had to bring it back to have the door disassembled and antenna reconnected. It now works and I am now satisfied.

I was happy with the workmanship that wad done to my vehicle, but I requested a quote on an additional repair and was not contacted as promised. I did however get an estimate when I picked up my vehicle several days later.

Everything was smooth and professional. The job was accomplished quickly. Plus my good friend Chris Lowther who I hadn’t seen in a few years was working there!! Glad I selected collision!

I live in Springfield, mo and on my drive home noticed a wobble. I really don’t want to drive it all the way back to broken arrow to have it looked at.

Everything was great except receptionists could be a bit friendlier.

Was supposed to drop off my rental saturday amd pick my car up. I work overnights so I had to kill 2 hours just for the shop to open. I see most of the parking spaces are taken and watch a worker walk inside wearing the CW shirt. I follow him up and try to open the door. Locked. I knock. No response. I wait 10 minutes until an elderly couple appears and tries the door themselves. Nope still locked. They wait with me for another 20 minutes calling the store with no answer then decide they're keeping the rental and try coming back tomorrow. Too hot to keep waitong outside. I return to my car and wait another 20 minutes. It is now almost an hour after the shop opens. Multiple cars are showing up and i watch as a couple walks in and a few women walk out. The couple is confused and waiting next to an empty counter. I approach and ask where the attendant is. The man says she just walked out and will be right back. I told them ive been here an hour already waiting at a locked door and they let me go first, after telling me the door was still lovked when they arrives and they lady at the desk "forgot" tonopen the door. Yeah right. I call ****. If you guys are having technical issues or anything that will keep the customer waiting let them know! Don't just keep them wondering in the heat! Poor customer service!

The repair on my car was exceptional and done expediently. I really appreciate the work you did. It looks new again!
