Overall, service was good. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The paint was damaged on the bumper and fender. The estimate didn't include painting the fender, and I was asked to pay more when I brought my car in. Ultimately, I wasn't charged extra, but I had to object to the oversight. Rear seatbelt didn't work upon return. Repair will take place in the morning. Button on dashboard was scratched upon return. That seems to have been polish out now.

I am very unsatisfied. After receiving my car, I noticed that a box, containing a back up converter was missing -- this is a very expensive item. Why was the box touched at all? What has happened to my back-up converter? I immediately called Jimmy in Hermosa Beach -- he has not gotten back to me. I would like an answer, before I pursue this further. Genie M
