Oh yes, I was absolutely satisfied. When I first saw my car, it looked like a brand new Mercedes. Alex and his crew performed great workmanship and I have nothing but praise for Jim & Jack's organization. And for sure I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank You!

Very good service and done quicker than anticipated. I really liked how clean the car was when we picked it up and the communication via phone and email. Today I got a phone call though to do a survey... now it seems like overkill on the follow up. But other than that, great experience. Thanks!
