The repairs were great! I liked how your rep called to update me on the status since the work hours were not normal during COVID. The only thing was that my pump bottle of sanitizer was removed from my car. I am a nurse and I use it after my shift at the hospital before I go into my home. My car change was left alone, but someone took my sanitizer. So that was disappointing to me.

Everyone at Jim and Jack's was great. Abel Ascencio did a fantastic job of explaining what had to be done to fix my truck, what to expect, how long it would take, and providing updates. Abel also went above and beyond in helping me transfer my bicycle rack from my truck to the rental and back. My truck looks fantastic, and the customer service I received was beyond superb.

Total satisfaction! The car looks and drives as new. When I called and was advised to take my car in a few days later because of all the cars already in their scheduled capacity, I knew then they are not a shop that just focus on sales. I especially like the fact that my service advisor Abel Ascencio agreed to keep me updated by sending me photos of my car during the repair process. The photos assured me the car was expectedly and meticulously repaired with everything replaceable replaced. Abel is super courteous, pleasant and always kept his promises of getting back to me if he was busy and not sure of an answer. Before selecting Jim and Jack’s, I couldn’t decide which shop in the South Bay I should take my car to be repaired. Then Jim and Jack’s came up and after reading all the satisfying customer feedbacks, I knew Jim and Jack’s is where I should take my car to. I was proven right. On the night before the promised date, Abel texted me that my car was ready. The next day, it was another advisor who greeted me and told me Abel has actually been on furlough for a week due to shortened work hours because of CORVID-19. What a dedicated worker! I wish Abel the best. Both Jim and Jack’s and I have been fortunate to have him on our sides!

The truck was in the shop during several days of rain.. I have a carpet bed liner and because the tail gate was removed and the truck was left out in the rain the carpet was soaked..when I got home and realized it, I had to remove the liner and leave it out to dry..Took several days..Other than that the truck looks great.
