I have identified 4 issues with my car at this time. We picked the car up just before 5 pm so it was after that when we got to look at it. ****) the tailpipes are different lengths; 2) the bumper is off-set at the trunk edge; 3) the exterior auto-lock function on the door handle is not working; 4) there is a scuff on the door. And it smells bad inside. I will be calling this morning to address these issues. Thank you.

They were friendly, helpful,professional. There was a clean spacious waiting area. I was even offered a ride home when I would drop my car off. I was kept informed on progress while the car was in the shop. My car came home shiny clean inside and put. Great job! I will tell myfriends this is the place to go for car accident repairs.

They were quick in making my repairs. However, my tail light has paint that was dripped on it. There are also spots where the paint ran. I'm not completely satisfied with this work.

This is no reflection on anyone at thebusiness. To reiterate, we were completely satisfied. My complaint is with me. I should have know. That the initial estimate was just that. I should have contacted my insurance company knowing that the preliminary estimate could and would go higher. Just a though that maybe you could emphasize "ok, your willing to pay cash but remember this is just initial so maybe contact your insurance company because we really don't know until we get in." Again, we are pleased with everything. This isn't a critique on your business practice. We also are pleased to recommend Y'all.
