Your employes handled the work to my 2017 Silverado 2500 high country in a professinal and timely manner.....the body work was top notch...

We Took the car in the morning for an estimate there was a lady in the front desk not mrs Pennie the Lady had me sign some documents then I spoke to a gentleman we went outside and he took pictures of the cars came back inside she told me that I will be receiving text messages to disregard the first one because the first one really doesn’t matter well came along I didn’t receive none of the text messages or no documentation or nothing I kept on calling he gets them telling me that my car was not uploaded and that I had no information that she had no information on the car then she called me on Friday with no advance at least to tell me that my car was done because when she did call me it was pretty late I work in Louisiana and it takes me a bit to get here by the time that I got down here the enterprise was close my spouse was working evenings and there is no way for me to drive two vehicles at the same time so when I told her that she got an attitude with me like it’s not her Fault I work with lots of patients lots of people I have to communicate in a daily basis if I have to eat hotel patients something to daily basis and that goes the same way when you working at auto dealership that does collision you would need to keep in contact with your client at least let them know what’s going on with your vehicle because I’m the one that kept on calling she never called me until the last day or to receive any document any text messages I just received them today and my car is already picked up and I’m driving so to tell you the truth I will never go to your business again

Ronnie was great and the shop did a great job. But the information that was text to me everyday lacked a lot of information and was a lot of times wrong.
