Advanced Collision - Ocean Springs

I was out of town on the day (Friday 7 Oct 2016) that my truck repairs were completed. So I requested for some pictures of the repairs to be emailed to me but I never received them. As soon as I got back into town (Monday 10 Oct 2016) my wife and I drove straight to pick my truck up. When I was looking over my truck and I noticed there were many defects in the paint so I went back into the office to notify Niko. He promptly took the truck to see if they could buff out the areas but they had no luck. So now my truck is still at the shop awaiting paint repair. I think someone should have noticed the defects on the final inspection of the truck before it was released. I am glad that they did accept fault for the defects and the quality of paint work could of been better. And it doesn't help matters that my truck is only one month old. Thanks, Jerry Esqueda
