I was sent messages several times that the car would be ready and it was not. When I asked about it on the 3rd delay, I was told more parts needed to be ordered and it happens, I later asked to speak with the manager I was put on hold for a long period of time and got into an argument with the guy. He tells me The guy working on my car is new and missing parts is common and I am suppose to be ok with it. This will be the last time I use or recommend downs to anyone and will pass this on to usaa . You wasted my time and I lost work time.
