Service manager, Brandon, kept me up to date on repairs. Did a great job up front and at pick up making sure I had everything needed really transferring placard, garage door opener and other stuff between cars. Toured me around the repairs to my car upon pickup. Repair team did a nice job on replacing parts and paint work. Thank you!

The Downs Team did absolutely amazing. My jeep looks better then when I bought it, the work was done well and fast too.They kept me up to date on everything as it was being done. Quality of work was exceptional, the people that work there were nice and knowledgeable. The best part about the entire thing was that they turned a bad experience like the accident into a good experience.thank you for the hard work! I will/ would recommend Downs to anyone.thank you again very much :-)

Body work was okay. Paint job looks absolutely amazing. I'm upset about is the clean up after the Job was Done.There's over spray all over it still. all over the glass all over the molding all inside the door jamb where Paint was not needed.I would think as a Geico Express Body Shop there would Be a little bit more pride in the cleanup.

Terrible alignment of front end on my mercedes. This car is not a mix and match. I will bring back monday. Cant believe you said my car was done. Loose headlight boxes and hood. Wtf? It was not involved in an imact collision. Merely backed up into so frame was not bent. Looking at how poorly the fit is, you would think so. I should bring to mercedes dealer and have you pay difference, which would be way more tgan the 5200 you charged geico
