Bert has been almost like a family member, with answers for every imaginable question or offers of various services we needed. We appreciate the close working business partnership between Kollinger and our Insurance Company (AMICA), and really think these guys could have rebuilt our car very professionally if the damages hadn't been so extensive for an older model.

We are extremely pleased with our service at Kollinger. Burt did a very thorough job completing our estimate. He even agreed to price match another auto body’s quote. Their communication about the progress of our order and vehicle repair status was excellent. Chris offered to help transport our family back and forth on the day of the repair, which was greatly appreciated! When we picked up the car last night, my husband was thrilled with the workmanship and the very detailed car wash (the wheels were shining). He said it looked like a brand new car! Thank you!!!

I spoke to Mike about this already at the Auto Garage. The vehicle repair itself at this point appears to be fine. The issue was around the vehicle not being checked over mechanically prior to customer pickup. The first time I picked up the vehicle, the tail/brake lites had 3 burntout bulbs so I had to return the vehicle for inspection. The bulbs were replaced the following day and the lites worked properly. I picked up the car a second time and drove it home with no issues but when I drove it the next day (as I began a trip to state college, pa to drop the vehicle off for my daughter to drive), the ”limp mode” engaged. Drove the car back to the shop a second time for evaluation. Turns out the vehicle was only a quart low on oil. The issue is that I had to return the vehicle twice for issues that should have been identified prior to the initial customer pickup. Secondly, as a result of the delays, I was unable to drive the vehicle to my daughter who attends PSU in State College to drive herself home for xmas break this coming week. I have to take a day off of work this week to pick her up at State College which is an inconvenience and I have to use a day’s vacation for my trip to State College. In the grand sceme of things, the repairs were not major but this all could have been avoided if a more thorough mechanical check would have been completed in advance. Thanks.

Unfortunately we are still dealing with insurance but the care by Kollinger has been exceptional.The staff, especially Jason, explained everything and gave valuable advice when needed. I would highly recommend Kollinger to everyone.

The work was performed quickly and professionally. Kollingers communicated easily with my insurance company, and I’m very happy with how my car looks now!

I had a good experience my car did not take to long to be done and the customer service was good. When I had a question it was answered without hesitation. My car also looks amazing after being fixed!

I worked primarily with Bert. He was excellent at keeping us up to date with the progress of the repair. Kudos to all for a job well done.
