Personnel were very accommodating with our schedules and very timely at keeping us informed when there was an issue with our repair parts being damaged in transit. We truly appreciate everything that the manager did to provide an estimate when we showed up in the office after our accident. The body shop was suppose to call me to make the appointment once my insurance company had arrange things with jg but the did not I had to call.

When the car isn't done on time,an e-mail would be helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised that not only were the repairs carried out but that my car was cleaned on the inside as well.

The accident and resulting damage to our car was not a pleasant experience. Working with the Insurance Company, Law enforcement, etc. adds to that stress. However, when it came to the service we received from Jack Giambalvo where we had our car repaired, given all of the other circumstances, our experience there was refreshing, and all things considered brought a pleasant ending to the whole matter. In particular, Bill Wise really came through for us and provided outstanding customer service and we are in his debt for offering us reassurance that everything that could be done was being done, and that our car would be restored and ready to go in a timely manner.
