One note : they said I would receive updates throughout the process but I only got a text in the beginning and the very end. Everything went great til I was driving home on Rt 30 n the hood of my car wasn't latched. Had to pull over n latch it. I was upset with that. Very unsafe n can't imagine what could have happen. So I'm asking that the repair men double check things like this n think about the safety of their customers as they drive away. Thank you for listening
