I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the performance of Fix Auto. They were courteous and very professional in every step of the way. Thank you to Art for his clear and precise explanation on describing the work that was to be done on my car. Not only was the repair job excellent it was completed ahead of schedule. I also appreciated that Fix Auto assisted with the car rental for me. My experience with Fix Auto was first class from dart to finish.

I requested an early pick up of my car (Friday instead of Monday) and the guys totally came through. They expideted the work and saved me about $250 in a rental car by getting my car to me earlier than expected. Such pleasant people as well

The staff was very organized and efficient. They explained every thing step by step and proved to be responsive to the customers needs. They gave me the feeling that I was responsible for their work and not a interference of it. The workmanship is of the highest standards. Hailey and Michelle really made the potentially horrible experience of auto body repair a truly calm and smooth process. Their awesome communication skills made me feel involved at every step of the repair process. I certainly hope to not be involved in an auto accident again, but if I am, I only want to deal with Hailey and Michelle.
