The car came back looking beautiful! All employees I interacted with were very helpful, professional and kind. In particular, Maria (I think that’s her name) who took my initial call and talked with me at the front desk, right after the accident, put my jangled nerves at ease.

Had to take my CR-V into the shop to get my side mirror repaired. Everyone was very welcoming in the shop and really helpful. I had a short timeline for how long I could be without my car and they listened and made sure I was able to pick my daughter up from school on time!

Fix auto was amazing. After being rear ended at a stop sign Fix Auto Monterey were the ones who I chose. They were incredibly professional and the repair was impressively fast. They were quick, decisive, and even had extra benefits of a detail and car wash. If anything ever happens again I know who I am going too.

Everyone...from the initial phone call, temporarily affixing the rear view mirror to my car until the drop off for repairs and the final pick up were helpful and courteous to me. I appreciated the texts to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. I am pleased with my experience with Fix Auto Monterey.
