From the moment I first called, the service was excellent. Maria was amazing in helping me understand the process and in helping me find a rental car. Art was excellent at keeping me informed and put me at ease when I came in for the estimate. He stayed in touch while my car was being fixed and was always cheerful and helpful. He provided awesome customer service throughout the process. I appreciate the nice work on my car, the cleaning and the beautiful result. You have real winners in your employees. I am very satisfied with the results. My car looks great and it was completed ahead of time. I was notified of the progress so I could adjust my schedule. The location in Monterey made it convenient for me to get the estimate, drop off the car and get/return my rental car.
