Excellent work as always. Can't tell it mated with a deer. Car was cleaner than when we picked it up from the dealership 2 ****/2 years ago. (And I could tell the vehicle never left the work area once work was begun, because the rubbing noise in the steering column was gone. Something to be said for storing in a temperature controlled location).

Rob is great. His personality very warm and inviting I don't remember the other office manager's name but he was knowledgeable and informed,not to mention professional. Great combination. The only caveat, they don't have a car rental service on premises like is often found in the city. Due to this, you may be picked up and brought to the rental place and depending that may not be such a good thing. But Hartel's service was good and I would recommend them to friends and family.
