Dan was amazing. I brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot in for rear window replacement and body work. Although you weren't taking appointments until February, he managed to fit me in due to the weather getting bad and me not having a garage. Not only did he come in under the estimate, but he saved me a day on my enterprise car rental, and finished a day early. As a younger woman, I automatically am paranoid about body shops as some places tend to take advantage of those who aren't competent in this field. Falls Auto Body was honest, kind, and respectful. I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of. I really appreciated how I was treated and the quality work that was done on my vehicle. Also, your assistant Sammy is a gem! She was so helpful, sweet, and funny. It was an all around excellent experience and I'll make sure everyone I know is well aware of your business. I will be back... just hopefully not for another window. :)

Hi, I just picked up my car and noticed that the cover glass at the edge of core panel with door did not install. I have been told that they will be replaced after the painting. In addition, at the bottom of the car some the part did not install properly and the joint is completely lose. There is a big gap where the bumper joint to the main body, at the left side. And some other points that I will like to talk to you about.
