I was very happy with how friendly and accommodating the staff was from beginning to end. Appreciate them taking care of my car rental. Love how my car looks. They did a superb job! Loved how they cleaned my car inside and out. I definitely will refer other people to Graham Collision. In fact, I've already told people if they ever need body work done to go to Graham Collision.

After walking back inside when picking up my car twice (once because tape residue was left on windshield & newly painted roof & I didn't want to ruin the paint getting it off & secondtime for black box behind rear view mirror left hanging), I got home to find that my garage door buttons didn't work. This was not just a matter of reprogramming them as the light that blinks to reprogram them was not even lighting up. There were also a lot of fingerprints on the headliner which I will have to try to get off as they didn't just wipe off with a damp cloth. Just frustrated that I have to take back & hassle with a rental car again tomorrow morning. I am also very careful in keeping my 6-month old car clean so fingerprints just disappointed me when I saw them.
