I've been a customer of Cascades Auto Body for nearly 20 years. I would tow my vehicle 100 miles to have such great service. There's no comparison. USAA trusts Cascades... so do I and many other people. Professional. Quick, precise and detailed. The best auto body shop I've ever engaged for service.

Heather was great! She did a an awesome job with estimating, giving updates during repair, n with follow-through to finished job! She Even put a clip on the repaired bumper herself. The whole process of getting our car repaired after a hit-and-run accident so smooth and easy. From the initial contact with Heather, to answering questions that arose along the way, it was a very pleasant total experience. The car looked like new when the work was done - on time! We will definitely be recommending Cascades and if we ever need body repair services in the future, we will definitely be going to Cascades in Sterling.
