I had never heard of Cascades Auto Body before we took our sons car to get repaired. The customer service was excellent. They kept in touch constantly as they were repairing the car and the results were fantastic. I will be using Cascades Auto Body again and will highly recommend them to others.

I requested a second look as the vehicle pulls left. Your tech said it pulls right. I guess he doesn't know left from right because it clearly pulls to the driver's side when braking, but it's my problem I guess and not Cascades. You won't see any of my vehicles.

Collision repair was great. However, broken and shattered glass was still in the vehicle and on my seats when I picked my vehicle up. $1300+ for service to have glass left for my wife to almost sit in and get hurt as well as damage leather. Shows lack of care about customer.
