I was really worried that my back passenger door might not close properly, but the look and feel of the replacement door is like new. Thank you for doing such a great job. Worth the wait!

Great job on the repair, normally when my vehicle gets service I receive an equivalent replacement vehicle, similar to what I normally drive, my BMW 528 is in no way equivalent to a Ford fusion either in size or quality, other than the replacement vehicle everything else was excellent.

I very much appreciate the great job the Cascades team did on my car. My car was new; I'd only had it a few months when it was hit by a DUI-D. I was really concerned that it would no longer be "like new" and that I would not be able to "trust" it. I am pleased to say the car is just as it was before the collision - like new. Thank you.

Heather is great! She is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The lady, who I assume is the receptionist, seemed to always be on a personal phone call when I went in. That's not professional. The work was completed as expected. It was a good experience. Thank you!

My repairs were supposed to be complete a few days ago, and alerts were sent out saying as much. Luckily I did not have to have a rental car, so I wasn't inconvenienced too terribly. However it would have been nice to have to know about the delay. I believe it was due to illness, which is TOTALLY acceptable. I will say that I'm happy with the service and am thankful it was done. I will consider Cascades again if I require repairs in the future.
