I am happy at the body work completed by Cascades. It was very professional service and great look after the fix. However, due to the accident there was an issue with the exhaust pipe with rattling clamp that was not fixed. It was noticed by my car dealer subsequently when they lifted the car and I had to pay out of my pocket.

Cascades' did a fantastic job - My Honda odyssey looks great. Nothing rattled, everything was fixed as new. Very professional service. Also, I really appreciated how clean the van was when I picked it up. I don't think it has been that clean since the day I drove it out of the dealership. I know the work isn't easy and it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you.

I was rear ended and instead of using the other driver insurance I let my Insurance Company Geico take care of my car and they sent my car to your body shop. Beside no contact from Geico adjuster I received a Text from your company that parts had been ordered. When I went to authorized the towing company to tow my car to your company, I noticed that my right sliding door diesnt open maybe a foot to get my personal items. I didn't hear anything until I received a Text stating my car is ready on 4/23/16 at 4:00 PM unless you receive a phone call that your car is not ready. Since no one called I left work and drive more than 80 miles (run way) to your store and I saw my car obviously wSnt ready and add insult to injury you wee closed at 12:00PM. I don't know why I was told to come at 4:00. I replied with the text I had and after 3 day Bobby finally called me and said my car is ready. I asked him what he has done to my car. I noticed that he never inspect my car fully and the front bumper and side door wasn't inspected and fixed . He went and told me the car is old and the cable was old and is cut and it is unrelated. I told him it was in working condition and accident caused it. He said your Geico Appraiser is in Texas and he is going to call to Geico. Next day he called me and said Geici Appreiser did not approve it. I called Geico and I told them about what Bobby told me.,they checked there was no record if Communications from Appraiser to Bobby or me. Finally Appraiser named Joe called me and tried to tell me he was there yesterday and saw the front bumper and side door and unrelated. He didn't know that Custimer Service told me there was no communications. After I confronted him he confessed wasn't there and he saw a pictures. I told him Bobby said left a massage for you no picture was sent. He said Ok I fixed your front bumpers scenes I picked up my cr. Side door as I expected wasn't fished. I asked the gentleman while walked with me(Bobby wasn't thee) asked if it is only cable the door should open and it doesn't. Means when car was heat something happened to the door. Dustin Geico appraiser went tovTexascabd Bobby write the appraiser and didn't even look at the door and didn't communicate with me didn't want to say I didn't notice and put the **** in Geico's court.

I think this is an excellent body shop both customer service and body work. Only thing is they did not replace my turn signal light bulb completely. So I had to go into tire store to get it fixed. Not a big deal but some use of my precious time.
