Outstanding job. Car delivered a week earlier than promised. After a thorough checkout driving the car after pickup it looks/drives like a new car. Seamless coordination with the Enterprise rental folks next door is a great convenience as well. Thanks!

The work completed on my car was great. I had an issue being notified of the status of my vehicle. I had to call on the day I was told my car would be ready to find out it wasn't. I then received one phone call while I was at work and unable to check my messages to notify me of its completion. It would have been beneficial to receive an additional phone call to make sure I received the this information.

Missing my iPhone charger, AC no longer cools. And fresh dent on the hood of my car (on top) - for such a good estimation and communications so so so Disappointed in the result. Will be contacting my adjustor in the AM.

Pleasure working with Carstar Cascades Bodywork. I set up time to bring vehicle in for insurance estimate proposal. They were ready to give an estimate when I arrived. Then said they could take my car within 4 days. Easy drop off, and car rental was in bldg. next door. Car repair was quick, and received a day earlier than expected. Excellent repair work, and delighted to find they washed my vehicle. Nice touch.

There is red paint of the front of my vehicle that was not on there when I brought my truck in to get repaired. Also I there was a bottom screw that I had to reconnect on the left rear mud flap. Overall the repair is wonderful, just wish that those things could have been taken care of.

Although there was a paper mat placed on the drivers side floor my floor mat was extremely dirty from muddy shoe prints. Had I not had a rubber mat covering my carpet it would have been very difficult to clean.

Sandy took care of me from the start. She kept me informed of the status of my repair. She was able to get the repair done ahead of time. This was a huge relief to me because I was paying for the rental out of pocket since I didn't have rental coverage. The rest of the team was great too!
