I continue to return to Cascades because they do quality work each and every time. And, if there is a problem, they make things right. The staff are prompt and courteous across the board including Kristy, Heather, Pete and Craig who I have worked with over the years. The technicians behind the scenes produce sterling results! Communication was subpar. The first estimate said 5 hours to fix, the second was 9 DAYS, the actual was 2 days... That's a significant difference when planning on being without a vehicle. You also couldn't get my name right, I just stopped correcting people. The work done was fine.
