Sandy was great! She made things very easy and was responsive whenever I had questions. So far, car has turned out great too. Also, having the Enterprise next door was a huge convenient bonus (instead of having to coordinate a pick-up).

The tech did not update me on the status of my car because he cannot text (the option I chose). I provided email as a secondary form of contact, and it was not used, nor did he return my call. Please do not offer options that are not available! I was not enrolled in the text service until after my car was picked up!

Service was great. One recommendation, when notifying work been completed do not assume a voice recorded message will do the job. Should ensure the customers receive the notification By actually speaking to them directly. Reason, you may have dail the wrong number or the voice mail maufunction Thx.

We had to wait for a week just to get an estimate. After the estimate, we were then given an appointment the following week and told that the repair would take 2-3 days. We specifically asked if the parts would be ordered and ready when we dropped off the car and were told that they would be. On the third day after dropping off the car (the day we had been told it would be ready), we received a phone call that a part "turned out was needed" and had to be ordered and might arrive that day - pushing the work out 3 more days. However, that part had been on the original estimate - which means that Cascades Auto Body had NOT ordered and received the parts before we dropped off the car as promised. So we were without a car for 6 days instead of 3, even though we had to wait for the appointments. At all times throughout the process, customer service and communication appeared to be the absolute minimum required to transact business. We have had positive experiences with Cascades Auto Body in the past and but we will not be returning.

The updates weren't ever generated by the office. I had to initiate the status checks. The overall repairs were well done but the car interior clean up left me cold since I later found glass under the driver's seat, the windshield wasn't cleaned at all and all of my radio stations had been changed. The ride seems to be good and responsive but because of the lack of attention to detail described above, it makes me question what else might show up later on.

Thank you to everyone that stayed a bit late so I could pick up my car. I received the call that it was done at 5:58p and when I mentioned I was about 5 minutes away the woman on the phone (not sure of her name :() offered to wait for me! Excellent customer service, as it saved me at least 45 minutes on Sat. Appreciate it very much!
