Repair times were not report correctly kept pushing the pick up times. Understand big business but update customers on a good timeliness for repairs don't string them along.

Sorry for my delayed reply.....I’m an RN and have just been super busy as you can imagine. I was very pleased with all of the work done on my car. Additionally, I was impressed with the staff, mechanics, owners and everyone else I interacted with who helped get my car back in working condition. I had to contact Cascades Auto body to get my up date, then to find out it was ready. I should have know when it was going to be repaired, before finding out it was finished.
