I appreciate the fact when I heard a rattle the day after I picked up my car. You had me bring it in right away, gave it a drive put it on the lift and found a that piece/clip had a unusual break. You fixed it, took my car on another ride with me along to make sure the rattle was gone. I left happy and my car looking great!

The employees were great, the problem I had was I had rear end repaired and supposedly a brand new bumper that had a ****/2 inch to an **** scratch when I picked up the car on Friday . I pointed it out they told me to bring car back on Monday to fix it. Some how my remote starter and key fob didn’t work after I picked up the car. Everything was working fine before I dropped off. I took the car back on Monday, they were eager to fix scratch but some how the wiring (that I never had problems with, which you can check with Ford) is messed up. Only thing I can think of is that when they rewired whatever they had to rewire for the rear lights must have messed up the wiring........ I will be returning on Tuesday to get another rental which they said they will cover and see if they can give my car back the way I brought it other than the rear damage.

The repairs were flawless and the paint matches perfectly. And I was pleasantly surprised to see you cleaned the interior of my car. I didn't expect that -- how nice!

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. The waiting room was exceptionally clean and bright and well-stocked with snacks and beverages. Everyone I encountered was kind and friendly. The insurance quote process was simple and everything was explained to me in detail. I appreciated being ble to go and look at the vehicle and hear the damage assessment of. The text updates are very nice; it was good to hear the progress. When I picked up my truck it was clean inside and out. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Thank you!

Wow, excellent service all around! The repair was finished a day early, the rental car was right there (no need to shuttle to a second location AND it was smoke free!) The estimator was professional and efficient and my personal call when the car was ready was great! I loved working with Jamie for all the details- she is tremendous for the shop with her great customer service skills! I also liked the use of the carwise app to keep up to date. Did I mention that they washed my car? Over the top service!

Excellent experience with Graham. Only complaint was the little tin can rental car that hertz provided me. Im kind of a big guy and I’m used to driving a SUV and I barely fit in it. THANKS
