I love the new shop! Customer service has always been and was off the charts. I love the new website that lets you see exactly what’s going on. The daily communications was awesome and unexpected. The fact that the repairs were done & I had my truck back four days early was amazing & a welcome surprise! On top of the fact, that when I got back into my vehicle it was cleaner than what I left it. That was a welcome surprise.

Everything was smooth and easy! The front desk lady was always so nice and helpful, as was everyone else I encountered. Scheduling was quick and painless and the repair was done much faster than the original estimate. I really felt like they went above and beyond by making arrangements for my rental car and also, it appears they not only washed the outside of my car, but it looks like it was vacuumed and wiped down inside! They took a stressful event/situation and made it positive. I would absolutely refer a friend to Graham. Thank you!

WOW!!! First off, you managed to get it done sooner than anticipated which lined up really nice for holiday and travel. But more impressive than that was when we got our van back it was so detailed and clean that it feels like we're driving it off the lot when we bought it. Super impressed by your quality of work on the outside and your dedication to going that extra mile for us to really bring it home with service. My experience at Graham Body Shop was EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend. They are friendly, prompt, communicate all steps of the process ( even with text updates and pictures) and my car was completed exactly when promised. If we are to need body work on our cars I would DEFINITELY use again and I highly recommend!
